M10 is located in the Marshall-Shadeland neighborhood in the City of Pittsburgh, also serving, Allegheny West, Brightons Heights and Manchester. Notable elements found in this design represent the TEMS (Tactical Emergency Medical Services Unit) and the Motor Medic Cycles, which are both housed at Medic 10’s station. On the back of the shirt, you will find a Pirate, representing the original Allegheny City Baseball Club (now known as the Pittsburgh Pirates), who first played in the Manchester/Allegheny West neighborhood at recreation park. Finally, the deck of cards represents the Rivers Casino, one of the most frequented places for M10 to respond for 911 calls.
